Four months, rooted in purpose

Our Change Maker Program is four months, rooted in purpose, uniting the landscape to each participant's vision to create impact in their community. It is a combination of both on-site and virtual modules, with group and individual sessions in-between. Sharing stories, knowledge, and planting trees in places of personal significance, participants honour their lived experiences, transforming their internal and external landscape.

Each Change Maker is responsible for the trees they plant. Their growth reflects their personal evolution. They form part of the She Evolves Change Maker Network to connect and establish more opportunities for growth and knowledge sharing. Our Tree of Life maps the trees every Change Maker has planted, linking each community to a greater ecosystem. It is how a forest emerges, and Change Makers will always be a part of this ecosystem.

As tree root systems communicate, ours spreads further through the She Evolves online storytelling community, bringing together a global audience creating awareness and representation.

She Evolves: 1000 Stories, 100,000 Trees brings communities together — women and men alike — to share their stories and plant trees, igniting a movement of positive change that grows with you throughout the years.

At She Evolves, we believe in the power of storytelling to amplify voices and experiences that too often go unheard. As a Change Maker, your story becomes part of that movement — connecting your community to a wider network of people creating change together.

Participating in the Change Maker Program is entirely voluntary. Our team works alongside you to facilitate the change you want to see in your community. We believe that when people come together, amazing things can happen. This is a platform for you to share your voice and connect with others who share your passion to transform your community.
